The average home is made with wood frame construction, stucco siding and on a slab foundation and this is a great design for the area which leads to years of use without much maintenance.  A nice neighborhood adjacent to Citrus Heights with newer homes would be Antelope.

Bella Vista High gets a 9 out of 10. It is in Fair Oaks.  But I am pretty sure it is full and hard to get you kid in their if you don’t live within their district.
