Antelope is centrally located mainly due to its easy access to both I-5 and the I-80 freeways. These freeways get you to the airport in 20 minutes or you can make a run to Tahoe in 1.5 hours. It only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Galleria mall for great shopping and 20-30 minutes to get downtown.
Most of the homes in Antelope were built after 1990. Therefore, this is a newer part of Sacramento County. The average home is made with wood frame construction, stucco siding and on a slab foundation and this is a great design for the area which leads to years of use without much maintenance.
